We deliver our products throughout the United Arab Emirates and to select international destinations.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via third-party courier services. Products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to maintain product integrity during transit.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, including tracking information

6. Proof of Delivery

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. The proof of delivery receipt must be signed and confirmed by the customer or an authorized recipient at the delivery address. This serves as confirmation that the order was successfully delivered.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

9. Incorrect Address

CANCRO ME TRADING L.L.C is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery information before confirming your order.
