Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened, or the products are damaged or wrong product was delivered.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • Product must not have been tampered with
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

3. Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Contact our customer service team to report the issue and request a return authorization.
  2. Return the Product: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging using a registered courier service.
  3. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the returned product.
  4. Resolution: If all conditions are met, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to damaged or wrong products: We will cover the return shipping costs or arrange pickup.
  • For returns due to change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with
  • The product is not in its original packaging
  • The return is initiated after the 7-day window
  • The product shows signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer

6. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or products, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
