Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product does not match the description on the website
  • Order cancelled within the permitted cancellation window (see Cancellation Policy)

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Include photographs if the product is damaged or incorrect
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
  • The refund timeline depends on your bank's processing procedures
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with minor damage not affecting usability
  • Products returned in non-original condition (not due to our error)
