Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

  1. Contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed

3. Cancellation Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. If payment was already taken, the refund process will be initiated.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Orders Already Dispatched

Important: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the product is received (subject to our Return Policy conditions).

6. Cancellation by CANCRO ME TRADING L.L.C

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Pricing or product information error
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Inability to verify customer information
  • Order appears to violate our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
