All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. The proof of delivery receipt must be signed and confirmed by the customer or an authorized recipient at the delivery address. This serves as confirmation that the order was successfully delivered.
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
